Adil brings a pilot’s discipline and a designer’s eye to real estate. Two earlier careers — airline pilot and cake designer — taught him precision, patience, and how to read what a client wants before they say it.

As a property manager, realtor and investor, he works with first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike. His grasp of the rental and investment market is a real advantage whether you’re after a first home or positive cash flow — and, just as in the cockpit, he follows a system that keeps the biggest decision of your life calm and clear.

A focused listener and a fierce yet fair advocate, his mantra is simple: be in touch and stay in touch. Born in Uganda and a Richmond local since 1974, Adil also gives his time to children’s, homelessness and seniors’ causes.

Give Adil a call — you won’t be disappointed. Serving condos and townhouses in Richmond, Vancouver, Downtown Vancouver, Ladner and Queensborough.
